Fellowship-trained cornea, cataract, and refractive surgeon — restoring sight, one clear view at a time.
It all began when I witnessed my first cataract surgery during medical school. I was fascinated by this elegant and skillful procedure — but what truly resonated was the meaningful impact it had on a patient’s quality of life. It is a special honor to be able to improve a patient’s vision.— Karina Somohano, MD
